Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email address (for account creation and login)
• Fitness profile: age, height, weight, goals, dietary preferences
• Workout logs: session dates, exercises, sets, and reps
• Food logs: meals and estimated macros you manually enter
• Progress data: body measurements and weight entries you add
• Parent or guardian email for users aged 13-17

What we do NOT collect

• Food photos or progress photos
• Payment card details — payments are handled by Stripe when paid features are enabled
• Location data beyond the country and city size you voluntarily provide

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide the Risen service: generating personalised workout programs, meal plans, and progress tracking. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

AI features

Some features send anonymised fitness, dietary preference, and macro data to Anthropic's Claude API to generate suggestions. No personal identifiers such as name or email are included in these requests. AI features are disabled for teen accounts until guardian controls are available.

Minors

Risen is not available to users under 13. Users aged 13-17 must have parent or guardian permission and provide a parent or guardian email during account creation.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS. Data at rest and in transit is encrypted. We apply row-level security so only you can access your own data.

Your rights

• Access your data: everything is visible in the app
• Delete your account: contact us and we will permanently delete all your data within 30 days
• Export: contact us to request a data export
