By creating an account or using Risen, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Risen. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements.
Risen provides fitness and nutrition information for general wellness purposes only. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise or diet programme, especially if you have a medical condition.
Risen is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future with advance notice. Existing free features will remain accessible.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@risen.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to: attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the service, use automated tools to scrape content, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Trainers using Risen to manage clients are responsible for obtaining their clients' consent to share fitness data through the platform. Trainers must comply with applicable professional regulations in their jurisdiction.
Risen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results from using it will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Risen and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
